Hosting4life.eu is a cost efficient hosting solution. We do not provide automatic backups unless specifically stated. We do not provide any availability guarantees although we take every step to minimize service breaks and we have active service monitoring in place to alert us of any interruptions or potential problems.
Customers are responsible of all content they publish. Hosting4life.eu is not responsible of any customer content and does not actively monitor nor moderate content. We do take down illegal content once we are notified of it. Customers must obey local and EU regulations.
Each plan comes with a bandwidth quota and even though we don't actively monitor the usage we might throttle it down or ask you to pay for extra traffic if you use more than your fair share. If you think you need more bandwidth talk to us and we'll find a satisfactory solution for everyone.
We reserve the right to terminate your contract without prior notification and refund if you are found in breach of this contract or law.
